Ordering terms and conditions
If you want to order goods from our range, send an e-mail with complete contact details: name, invoicing address and delivery address where goods can be received during the day, and telephone number. Further product information can be found under each product.
Claessons Trätjära AB is a wholesale store that delivers products mainly throughout the Nordic region and northern Europe. We also have sales at our warehouse in Göteborg. The prices given are ex warehouse, and do not include VAT. An offer can be given for freight costs using the most advantageous transport conditions, if required. We will happily prepare a special quotation for large-volume orders, if required.
An invoicing fee of EUR 10,- will be levied for orders under EUR 100,-. A packaging fee of EUR 5,- will be levied for orders delivered by post. Notification of shipment will be charged at the rate levied by the freight company, currently EUR 8,50. We normally send the invoice as a PDF-file by e-mail, for orders placed by e-mail. If you want us to send the invoice by e-mail, please let us know when placing your order. An invoicing fee will not be levied for orders that exceed EUR 50,-, if the invoice is delivered by e-mail and paid in advance.
